Product Marketing Manager – B2B

Indeed is seeking a Product Marketing Manager – B2B to join our marketing team in Atlanta. In this full-time role, you'll shape how we position and market our B2B recruitment and employment solutions to business customers, working closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to drive growth and market impact.

About the Role

As Product Marketing Manager – B2B at Indeed, you'll own the market positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for B2B products and services. This is a hands-on position where you'll develop the narrative that resonates with hiring managers, HR leaders, and enterprise buyers, enabling them to discover and experience the value of our solutions.

What You'll Do

• Create and refine product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for B2B offerings
• Develop competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy and differentiate our solutions
• Build go-to-market plans for new features, products, and market segments, collaborating with product and sales teams
• Produce sales enablement content including battle cards, case studies, one-sheets, and training materials
• Own marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive awareness and lead generation among business customers
• Partner with the Glassdoor team and across Indeed's business units to align messaging and maximize market reach
• Track campaign performance and market metrics to optimize strategy and demonstrate business impact

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology environments
• Demonstrated ability to develop market positioning and go-to-market strategies
• Strong writing and communication skills; ability to craft compelling messaging for multiple audiences
• Experience collaborating with product, sales, and executive teams
• Analytical mindset with ability to measure campaign effectiveness and iterate
• Familiarity with HR, recruiting, or workforce technology is a plus
• Enthusiasm for creating great experiences and solving real problems for customers
