Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis

About the Role

This is a full-time leadership position for a financial professional ready to shape how Somatus manages resources, forecasts performance, and executes strategic financial initiatives. You'll own the financial planning function, report to senior leadership, and influence business decisions through rigorous analysis and clear financial storytelling. Your work directly supports our mission to deliver integrated care and healthier outcomes for the patients and communities we serve.

What You'll Do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across departments and business units
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and performance metrics that track key business drivers
• Analyze financial results, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
• Develop long-range financial strategies that align with organizational growth and clinical objectives
• Collaborate with operational, clinical, and commercial teams to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning
• Manage the FP&A team and mentor finance professionals
• Oversee budget management, cash flow planning, and financial forecasting

What We're Looking For

• 12+ years of financial planning, analysis, or related finance leadership experience
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Strong proficiency with Excel, financial systems, and BI/reporting tools
• Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and mentoring professionals
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex financial data for executive audiences
• MBA or equivalent advanced finance credential preferred; CPA or CFA a plus
• Experience in healthcare, managed care, or outcomes-focused organizations preferred
