Head of Engineering

Pixelynx is currently searching for a individual to take on the role of Head of Engineering. This position involves leading a team, in the development of Korus, a music platform that offers music, in game collectibles and immersive experiences. The chosen candidate will play a role in shaping the future of the music industry through their expertise. They will also be responsible for driving the companys strategy and overseeing a team of engineers. This is a position that welcomes both contractors and full time employees.

The key responsibilities of this role include leading the engineering team across all services ensuring that engineering services align with product and business requirements, managing infrastructure supervising engineers delivering projects within specified timelines and budgets well as continually enhancing engineering practices.

To qualify for this position applicants should hold a Masters degree in Engineering or a related field possess at 6 years of engineering experience with at least 2 years as Head of Engineering or in a similar leadership position. Familiarity with AWS and database products is required along with expertise in technologies. Strong communication skills are essential for collaboration with team members.

While not mandatory, knowledge and interest in music or audio would be highly valued. Additionally familiarity, with AI, Web 3 technologies, blockchain technology and NFTs would be considered advantageous.
