The Marketing Associate will work closely with the marketing team, onsite teams and regional leaders to develop marketing strategies and ensure they are consistently implemented across their portfolio. They will be the point of contact, for marketing inquiries from operations teams providing ongoing support and creating marketing campaigns and strategies for each community. Additionally the Marketing Associate will analyze performance data communicate with clients manage advertising partners and assist in business development. Depending on their experience they may also take on responsibilities. The salary range for this role is $55k. $60k and compensation will be based on skills and experience. Greystar provides a benefits package, for full time employees.
