RIBBONS AND REEVES

This job is, for a Speech and Language Support Assistant (SAL) in Newham. The position entails providing assistance to teenagers who have difficulties with speech and language at a /post 16 SEN school. The school has received an ‘Outstanding’ rating from Ofsted. Maintains a staff to student ratio. Working alongside Speech and Language Therapists and Educational Psychologists the assistants goal is to enhance the confidence and communication skills of the students. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday offering a salary of £470. An ideal candidate should possess at a 2;1 Psychology Degree from one of the 20 Universities, in the UK with prior experience working with SEN children being desirable.
