The chosen candidate will have the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of the leasing process, which includes renting out apartments preparing lease agreements and ensuring resident interactions. Excellent communication skills and a customer centric approach are essential, for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also important. While a high school diploma or equivalent is required, having a bachelors degree would be preferred.
