Willow Bridge Property Company, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota is currently seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to oversee apartment leasing and provide support, in maintaining relationships with residents. We are looking for a candidate who possesses customer service skills works within a team environment and has proficiency in Excel, Yardi various social media platforms and Google. As part of your role you will be responsible for managing the leasing process from start to finish welcoming clients processing applications efficiently delivering customer service at all times and completing assigned reports as needed. The desired qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent certification a minimum of 2 years of experience in providing top notch customer service at a level and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
