ABAP Software Development Team Lead

KOSTAL Group is currently looking for a Software Development (ABAP) IT Team Lead to join their established Shared Service Center, in Hungary. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of IT colleagues and freelancers ensuring the timely delivery of software development operations and services. Key responsibilities include managing the team optimizing their performance implementing changes fostering relationships with departments and driving continuous improvement. Ideally the candidate should have 1 3 years of experience in managing people at 5 years of ABAP programming experience with knowledge in SAP ABAP (OO) as well as strong talent development skills. Additional qualifications include coordination and prioritization abilities, familiarity with LEAN/continuous improvement methodologies and effective communication and problem solving capabilities.
