Third Way, a think tank based in Washington, D.C. is currently searching for a Senior Director of Individual Giving to establish and enhance an giving program. The Senior Director will be responsible, for formulating and executing strategies to attract donors securing contributions and overseeing the growth of the individual giving team. Collaboration with program leaders and cross functional work will be essential to align fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 12 years of experience that includes fundraising and engagement with individual contributors. Strong communication skills abilities and a comprehensive understanding of philanthropy and political landscapes are highly valued.
