Willow Bridge Property Company, based in Canton, Massachusetts is currently looking for a professional to join their team as a Leasing & Marketing Specialist. Willow Bridge is a residential property company that oversees than 180,000 apartment units and manages owned assets worth $3 billion. The Leasing & Marketing Specialist will be responsible, for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process, which includes leasing apartments preparing lease documents and providing support for relations. Additionally they will welcome clients conduct apartment and community tours handle applications and address any inquiries. The ideal candidate should possess communication skills prioritize customer service excellence and have proficiency in Microsoft Office. While a high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role a bachelors degree is preferred.
