About the Role
As the QC Lab Supervisor, you'll manage all aspects of quality control testing for raw materials, bulk pharmaceutical products, and stability samples. You'll be responsible for maintaining compliance with cGMP, FDA, and ISO standards while supervising your laboratory team and driving continuous improvement across QC operations.
What You'll Do
- Direct QC laboratory operations including testing protocols for raw materials, bulk products, and stability samples
- Ensure all testing activities meet cGMP, FDA, and ISO regulatory requirements
- Supervise and mentor laboratory staff on proper procedures and quality standards
- Review test reports and approve results before distribution
- Maintain and oversee laboratory equipment and instrumentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of all testing activities
What We're Looking For
- Experience in quality control laboratory supervision or a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, and ISO standards
- Proven ability to lead and develop laboratory teams
- Familiarity with analytical testing procedures and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment
