Join Maximus as a Skillbridge Operations & Business Development Associate in Bowling Green, Warren County. This full-time role supports our Business Development team in analyzing market opportunities, driving operational improvements, and delivering strategic projects.
About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to strengthen our Business Development operations through business analysis, research, and project management. You'll play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, streamlining processes, and ensuring our team has the data and support needed to make informed strategic decisions.
What You'll Do
- Conduct business analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that inform Business Development strategy
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery
- Research and analyze market trends to support market expansion and opportunity assessment
- Support special projects within the Business Development department from initiation through completion
- Prepare and deliver ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet project timelines and deliverables
- Contribute to the development of business development strategies and proposals
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Proven experience in business analysis, operations, or business development support
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the Skillbridge program or federal contracting an asset
