About the Role
As a Sales Associate with Williams-Sonoma, you'll be the face of our specialty retail shop, creating memorable experiences for customers shopping for home furnishings, décor, and kitchen essentials. Working in our Beachwood store, you'll combine your product expertise with genuine warmth to guide customers through their purchasing decisions in our fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers warmly and understand their needs and preferences for home goods
- Share detailed product knowledge to help customers make confident purchasing decisions
- Demonstrate effective sales techniques that build customer loyalty and drive store performance
- Process customer transactions accurately and professionally at checkout
- Keep the sales floor organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing
