Maintenance Technician

Castle Management, LLC is hiring a Full Time Maintenance Technician in Marco Island, Collier County to keep our community's properties, grounds, and amenities in exceptional working order. In this hands-on role, you'll report to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager and ensure that all mechanical systems, equipment, and facilities remain clean, functional, and well-maintained.

About the Role

You'll be the backbone of our operational excellence—taking ownership of maintaining everything from mechanical systems to landscaping and common areas. Your work directly impacts the quality of life for residents across our Marco Island properties, and you'll take pride in delivering thorough, professional maintenance every day.

What You'll Do

• Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment to keep them running reliably
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on property facilities, equipment, and grounds
• Keep all common areas, grounds, and facilities clean, safe, and visually appealing
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement practical solutions quickly
• Complete work orders and document maintenance activities for your supervisor
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and property procedures

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in general maintenance, equipment repair, or grounds upkeep
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems and basic troubleshooting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent maintenance needs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Reliable transportation and availability to work full time on-site in Marco Island
• Excellent communication skills and professional customer service attitude
• Physical capability to perform hands-on maintenance work
