Freudenberg is hiring a full-time Sales Support Specialist to join its US team and serve as a vital operational bridge between Sales, Engineering, and the customers we serve.
About the Role
As a Sales Support Specialist at Freudenberg, you'll keep the commercial engine running smoothly — translating data into insight, maintaining pricing integrity, and equipping the sales organization with the materials and analysis needed to win. What You'll Do
- Serve as a consistent daily point of contact between the Sales and Engineering teams, facilitating clear and timely information flow
- Build, manage, and audit pricing files to ensure accuracy and alignment with current commercial agreements
- Develop and analyze recurring and ad hoc reports covering sales performance, revenue forecasts, pricing trends, and customer profitability
- Track customer share metrics and surface actionable insights for the broader commercial team
- Monitor assigned market segments and identify emerging customer trends that could influence strategy
- Prepare polished presentations, structured reports, and supporting product materials for internal and customer-facing use
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in a sales support, sales operations, or commercial analyst role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work across data sets and translate findings into clear takeaways
- Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and reporting platforms; familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited to both internal stakeholders and customer interactions
- High attention to detail, particularly around pricing data and report accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in supporting commercial success
