Part-Time Bilingual Spanish Speaking Chaplain

Corporate Chaplains of America is hiring a Part-Time Bilingual Spanish Speaking Chaplain to serve employees and workplace communities in the Vail, Pima County area — a meaningful opportunity to bring genuine human connection to the modern workplace.

About the Role

This part-time position (up to 5 hours per week) places a compassionate, bilingual professional inside local businesses to provide emotional and spiritual support to employees who need it most. Working on-site in the greater Tucson and Vail area, you will serve as a trusted, neutral presence — available to workers of all backgrounds during both ordinary days and difficult moments. The estimated pay range for this role is $21.15–$25.00 per hour.

What You'll Do

• Visit assigned workplaces on a regular weekly schedule, building rapport with employees and managers across diverse industries
• Offer one-on-one support to employees navigating personal challenges, grief, stress, or workplace transitions
• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish to ensure all employees feel heard and supported regardless of their primary language
• Model and advance a mission-driven, care-centered approach throughout every workplace interaction
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries while serving individuals from a wide range of beliefs and backgrounds
• Coordinate with CCA leadership to document visits and align with organizational standards

What We're Looking For

• Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• A sincere calling to serve others in a workplace or community chaplaincy context
• Strong interpersonal skills — the ability to connect quickly, listen deeply, and respond with empathy
• Comfort engaging with employees of varied faiths, cultures, and life experiences in a non-proselytizing manner
• Reliable transportation to travel to employer partner locations throughout the Vail and Pima County area
• Prior chaplaincy, counseling, pastoral care, or related experience is a plus
