About the Role

As a Houseperson at our year-round Vermont resort, you'll be part of a dedicated housekeeping team committed to upholding the high standards that define our guests' experiences. Located in the heart of Woodstock's iconic village setting, our resort blends New England tradition with contemporary elegance—and your work keeps that experience pristine and welcoming.

What You'll Do

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites to our established quality standards
• Maintain bathrooms, including restocking amenities and ensuring spotless facilities
• Vacuum, dust, and care for furnishings and décor throughout assigned areas
• Report maintenance needs or room issues to housekeeping supervisors promptly
• Turn over rooms efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
• Collaborate with housekeeping team members to meet daily occupancy goals
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and resort protocols consistently

• Physical capability to perform housekeeping duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience a plus
