Custodian – 1052 (Part-Time)

Lightcast is hiring a part-time Custodian (Position 1052) at our office in University, Latah County. Join our facility management team to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workspace where our employees can do their best work.

About the Role

In this part-time Custodian position, you'll be a key member of our facility maintenance team, responsible for keeping our office environment clean, hygienic, and professional. Your dedication to quality work ensures a pleasant and productive space for our entire team. We're looking for someone with 1–2 years of custodial experience who genuinely takes pride in maintaining a well-kept facility.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas throughout the facility
• Empty, replace, and properly dispose of trash and recyclables daily
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors and surfaces to professional standards
• Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas as needed
• Identify and report maintenance concerns or facility issues to management
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and in accordance with guidelines

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of custodial or facility maintenance experience
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a professional environment
• Reliable, dedicated, and committed to consistent, quality work
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Physical capability to perform custodial tasks, including lifting and repetitive motions
