About the Role

As Assistant Maintenance at our Houston apartment complex, you'll play a critical role in our residents' daily experience. You'll work alongside our maintenance team to ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. This full-time position offers hands-on work where the impact of your efforts is immediately visible and appreciated by the community.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the apartment complex
• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain the overall appearance and condition of the property and grounds
• Assist with general upkeep of common areas, facilities, and equipment
• Help create a welcoming environment for current and prospective residents
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team on community projects
