JP Euro is hiring an experienced Audi Master Guild Technician for our Horn Lake location in DeSoto County, Mississippi. This is a full-time position offering $50–$65 per hour based on experience, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
About the Role
We're looking for a skilled technician who combines deep knowledge of Audi platforms with a passion for precision work. You'll diagnose and repair complex European vehicle systems, manage customer relationships, and contribute to our reputation for quality craftsmanship.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Audi vehicles across all model generations
- Execute preventive maintenance and complex mechanical work to manufacturer specifications
- Troubleshoot electrical, transmission, engine, and suspension systems using specialized diagnostic equipment
- Document service work accurately and communicate findings clearly to customers
- Maintain shop safety and cleanliness standards
- Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a collaborative team environment
What We're Looking For
- Current Audi Master Guild Technician certification or equivalent proven expertise
- Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with Audi and European vehicles
- Proficiency with diagnostic scanning tools and factory service information systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional customer service mindset and communication abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
