Mobile Engineer

About the Role

In this Mobile Engineer position, you will develop and maintain mobile applications that enable facility teams to manage operations, monitor building systems, and deliver exceptional client service. You'll work with modern mobile technologies to solve real-world problems in real estate and facility management, contributing directly to how our clients operate their most critical assets worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop mobile applications for iOS, Android, or cross-platform environments
• Partner with product, design, and backend teams to translate business requirements into scalable mobile solutions
• Write maintainable, well-tested code following industry best practices and coding standards
• Optimize application performance, stability, and user experience across diverse devices and network conditions
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes to ensure continuous reliability
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and knowledge sharing with engineering teams

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience developing mobile applications using Swift, Kotlin, Java, React Native, Flutter, or similar technologies
• Proficiency in modern mobile development practices, testing frameworks, and version control
• Ability to write clear, efficient code and debug complex technical problems
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
