About the Role

You'll serve as the frontline supervisor for landscape operations at client sites throughout Suwanee and surrounding areas. Managing a crew of 2–5 team members, you'll coordinate daily tasks, enforce quality assurance, and drive team performance to meet BrightView's operational standards and client expectations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll actively participate in crew work while overseeing productivity and execution.

What You'll Do

• Supervise landscape maintenance and installation services across multiple client properties
• Lead crew members with clear direction, constructive feedback, and ongoing support to complete projects safely and efficiently
• Enforce rigorous safety protocols on every job, ensuring all team members follow guidelines and best practices
• Maintain high-quality workmanship aligned with BrightView's reputation and client contractual requirements
• Communicate project progress, obstacles, and staffing needs to management
• Operate landscaping equipment and perform hands-on work alongside your team

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience supervising or leading outdoor crews in landscaping or grounds maintenance
• Strong foundation in landscape techniques, equipment operation, and industry best practices
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and motivate a diverse team
• Unwavering commitment to workplace safety and ability to enforce standards consistently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (driving is integral to this role)
• Physical capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and handle the demands of landscaping work
