About the Role

As a Cath Lab Tech with Aequor Healthcare Services, Llc., you will support cardiovascular and interventional procedures in the catheterization laboratory in Benton, Saline County. This is a full-time, on-site contract role scheduled for a six-week assignment beginning July 21, 2026, working day shifts of eight hours. You will play a hands-on part in helping physicians diagnose and treat patients with cardiac and vascular conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and the clinical team during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Prepare, operate, and monitor cath lab equipment to ensure procedures run safely and efficiently.
• Set up and maintain a sterile field and ensure all instruments and supplies are ready before each case.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond promptly to changes in their condition.
• Accurately document procedural details and maintain compliance with safety and infection-control standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working as a Cath Lab Tech or in a comparable cardiac catheterization setting.
• Solid understanding of cath lab equipment, sterile technique, and procedural workflows.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay focused in a fast-moving clinical environment.
• Reliable communication and teamwork skills for collaborating closely with physicians and nursing staff.
• Availability to commit to an on-site, day-shift schedule for the duration of the contract.
