About the Role

As a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician in Arlington, TX, you will be the go-to expert for keeping the facility's machinery operational and efficient. Working a daytime schedule of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on 12-hour shifts, with overtime offered as production demands require, you'll play a central part in minimizing downtime and supporting consistent output. The position pays $33–$39 per hour and is based entirely on-site at the Arlington location.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out both scheduled preventive maintenance and reactive repairs across production and packaging machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve faults involving mechanical, electrical, PLC, and drive system components.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to restore operations and limit production interruptions.
• Support the upkeep and reliability of equipment throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Practical experience maintaining and repairing production or packaging equipment, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, PLCs, and drive systems.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and a methodical approach to identifying root causes.
