About the Role
The Horizons Program at Helios Consulting is a structured, paid apprenticeship designed to equip emerging talent with the practical skills needed to thrive in the Workday ecosystem. As an Associate in the HCM track, you will spend your first 12 weeks immersed in a comprehensive training curriculum that blends core concepts with real-world business applications. By the end of this foundational period, you will have earned your Workday HCM Certification and be prepared to contribute to client-facing work across the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete an intensive 12-week training and development curriculum focused on Workday Human Capital Management
- Work toward and achieve your Workday HCM Certification during the program
- Apply foundational concepts to practical, hands-on business scenarios
