About the Role

As a Clinical Trial Assistant at ZOLL Medical, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to clinical research teams running studies of innovative medical devices and therapies. Based on-site in Minnetonka, Hennepin County, you will help keep trials organized, compliant, and moving forward so that promising cardiopulmonary and respiratory treatments can reach the patients who need them.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and day-to-day administration of clinical trials within the Respicardia division.
• Maintain trial documentation, regulatory files, and study records with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with data entry, tracking, and quality checks to keep studies on schedule.
• Coordinate communication between investigators, study sites, and internal project teams.
• Help ensure clinical activities follow applicable protocols, regulatory standards, and good clinical practice.

Qualifications
