Key Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day purchasing activities and develop a procurement strategy aligned with production and business goals.

• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while monitoring performance, compliance, and risk.
• Partner with operations, finance, and quality teams to keep inventory and supply levels optimized.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen cost control and supply-chain resilience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply-chain management, ideally in a regulated or manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier-management capabilities.
• Confident communicator who collaborates well across cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance competing priorities.
• Comfortable working on-site full time at our Chelmsford location.
