About the Role
As a BCBA (Center and Home Based) with Yellow Bus ABA in Hampton City, Virginia, you will design, oversee, and adjust individualized treatment programs across both clinic and in-home settings. This full-time, on-site role lets you support each learner where they make the most progress — within the structured environment of our center as well as the familiar surroundings of a client's home.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral and functional assessments that shape each learner's plan of care
- Develop, monitor, and refine individualized ABA treatment programs grounded in data
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians who deliver direct therapy
- Coach families and caregivers on strategies that carry over into everyday routines
- Track progress, review outcomes, and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation
- Coordinate care smoothly between center-based sessions and home-based visits
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Solid grounding in ABA principles, assessment tools, and data-driven decision making
- Comfortable providing services in both clinical and in-home settings across the Hampton City area
- Strong communication, collaboration, and supervisory abilities
