About the Role
As a Real Estate Litigation Attorney with Law, you will manage a varied caseload of real estate disputes and complex civil litigation matters from intake through resolution. This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys substantive legal work, direct client contact, and the chance to shape strategy on challenging, multi-party property cases based out of San Diego.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle real estate litigation and complex civil disputes involving property owners, developers, businesses, and other interested parties.
- Develop and execute case strategy, from early assessment through trial or settlement.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support strong, well-reasoned arguments.
- Communicate clearly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court throughout each matter.
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in California and good standing with the State Bar.
- Demonstrated experience handling real estate disputes and complex civil litigation.
- Strong command of California civil procedure and litigation practice.
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently while meeting deadlines.
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach.
