About the Role
As a full-time Legal Support Specialist with Jeff Anderson & Associates, you will work alongside attorneys and staff who pursue justice with intelligence, tenacity, and heart. This on-site position in Saint Paul, Saint Charles County places you at the center of meaningful casework, where your administrative and organizational skills directly support survivors seeking accountability and healing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to attorneys and the broader legal team.
- Organize, maintain, and update case files, documents, and records with accuracy and discretion.
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and the preparation of legal materials.
- Communicate professionally and with sensitivity when interacting with clients and external parties.
- Help keep matters moving efficiently by tracking deadlines and coordinating across the team.

- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfort handling confidential and emotionally sensitive information with care.
