About the Role

As the Center Director for Mathnasium in Snellville, you will oversee the daily operations of our learning center while championing student success. This full-time, on-site leadership position blends instructional oversight, team management, and community engagement to ensure children not only understand math but truly enjoy it.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Mathnasium Snellville center, ensuring a welcoming and productive learning environment.
• Lead, coach, and schedule a team of math instructors, supporting their growth and instructional quality.
• Deliver and supervise individualized instruction using the proven Mathnasium Method.
• Build strong relationships with students and families, communicating progress and celebrating milestones.
• Drive enrollment and retention through outreach within the Gwinnett County community.

Qualifications
