About the Role

As a Communication Manager focused on Planning & Performance, you will support both on-property and above-property marketing initiatives within Hilton's Communications and Corporate Affairs function. This position blends editorial craft with analytical rigor, helping translate marketing strategy into clear, consistent, and high-impact communications across the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate communications that support on-property and above-property marketing programs.
  • Contribute to planning processes that align messaging with broader marketing and corporate affairs goals.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of communication efforts to inform future decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure brand voice remains cohesive and on-message.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to keep planning and performance initiatives on schedule.

Qualifications

  • Background in communications, corporate affairs, marketing, or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience connecting communications activity to performance metrics and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site at a Hilton corporate office in McLean, VA or Dallas, TX.
