Kroger Manufacturing is hiring a full-time MFG Plant Site Leader at our Miller Park facility in Lynchburg City to take ownership of plant operations and drive a high-performing, engaged workforce. This on-site leadership role is ideal for an experienced operations professional ready to shape productivity, culture, and results at one of our key manufacturing sites.

About the Role

As the MFG Plant Site Leader in Lynchburg City, you will set the strategic direction for the entire Miller Park plant. You will champion integrated systems and processes that lift workplace productivity, strengthen employee engagement, and deliver consistent value to customers. This is a full, on-site position with no remote option, placing you at the center of day-to-day operations and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and put into action integrated strategies, processes, and systems that raise productivity and workforce engagement across the site.
• Build, retain, and grow a capable leadership team equipped with the skills needed for both today's demands and future business goals.
• Improve operational efficiency across labor, materials, and production output.
• Advance customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction in tandem through strong, accountable leadership.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and performance throughout the plant.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading manufacturing or plant operations at a site level.
• Strong people-leadership skills, including attracting, developing, and retaining management talent.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement processes that improve productivity and engagement.
• A track record of balancing efficiency gains with customer and employee satisfaction.
• Willingness to work on-site at the Miller Park location in Lynchburg City.
