General Production {All shifts}

Tosca Services, LLC is hiring full-time General Production team members across all shifts at its Hazleton, Luzerne County facility — a hands-on manufacturing opportunity with competitive pay, rapid advancement potential, and a comprehensive benefits package from day one.

About the Role

As a General Production associate at Tosca Services in Hazleton, you'll contribute to fast-paced production floor operations supporting one of the country's leading reusable packaging companies. Positions are available on all shifts, including second and third shift, with added shift differential pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on production tasks on the manufacturing floor according to established safety and quality standards
• Operate and monitor production equipment as directed by shift supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout each shift
• Meet production targets and report any equipment issues or quality concerns promptly
• Collaborate with teammates across all shifts to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent output

Qualifications

• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including 2nd or 3rd shift if needed
• Physical capability to perform repetitive production tasks while standing for extended periods
• Strong attendance reliability and a team-oriented work ethic
• Prior manufacturing or production floor experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting wage of $17.50 per hour
• $0.50 per hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift
