About the Role

The Electrician position at Marathon Petroleum's St. Paul Park Refinery reports directly to the Electrical Foreman. This is a full-time, on-site role suited for a skilled tradesperson ready to contribute to safe and reliable refinery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work throughout the refinery facility
• Collaborate with the Electrical Foreman and broader maintenance team to support uninterrupted plant operations
• Diagnose electrical faults and execute corrective actions in compliance with safety standards
• Follow all applicable electrical codes, refinery procedures, and safety protocols
• Participate in both routine and emergency maintenance activities as needed

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a journeyman or licensed electrician in an industrial or refinery environment preferred
• Solid working knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and applicable codes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
