About the Role

As an Instacart Full-Service Shopper in Monessen, you are the hands-on connection between Instacart's platform and its customers. You'll visit Instacart's partner retail stores, hand-select each item in a customer's order, and drive it directly to their door — ensuring freshness, accuracy, and a seamless delivery every time. This is a physically active, on-the-go position that keeps you moving throughout your shift.

What You'll Do

• Receive and review customer orders through the Instacart Shopper app
• Navigate partner retail locations in and around Westmoreland County to accurately select grocery and household items
• Evaluate product quality — especially fresh produce, deli, dairy, and bakery items — and make smart substitutions when needed
• Communicate clearly with customers in real time regarding item availability or replacements
• Load, transport, and deliver orders to customer addresses safely and on schedule
• Follow all delivery instructions and handle items with care to ensure order integrity upon arrival
