Operating through CRST Specialized Solutions, you'll run as an independent contractor moving specialty dry van freight to destinations across the continental US.

What You'll Do

• Team-drive OTR dry van routes hauling specialty freight across the continental United States
• Choose loads and manage your own schedule — including home time — through CRST's independent contractor program
• Maintain DOT and FMCSA compliance, including accurate hours-of-service logs and trip documentation
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and address equipment issues promptly
• Coordinate professionally with dispatch, shippers, and receivers throughout each load
• Uphold CRST's standards for safe, on-time, and damage-free freight delivery

What We're Looking For

• Both drivers must hold a valid Class A CDL with a clean motor vehicle record
• Prior OTR experience as an owner operator or independent contractor team is strongly preferred
• Ownership of a DOT-compliant tractor suitable for dry van over-the-road operations
• Thorough working knowledge of federal HOS regulations and DOT compliance requirements
• Ability to self-manage load selection, scheduling, and route planning as an independent business owner
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach with shippers and receivers
