ER Plasma Team Lead (AMS)

CSL Behring is hiring a full-time ER Plasma Team Lead (AMS) based in Boca Raton, Palm Beach County, Florida — a senior employee relations leadership role supporting the Americas plasma business.

About the Role

As the ER Plasma Team Lead for the Americas, you will own the full lifecycle of employee relations case management across CSL Behring's plasma operations in the region. You'll guide a team of ER Managers, drive consistent application of company policy, and ensure every case is resolved fairly, compliantly, and efficiently. This position sits at the intersection of HR strategy and day-to-day people operations — giving you the scope to shape ER practices that affect thousands of plasma employees across the Americas.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end oversight of employee relations cases across the Americas plasma network, ensuring timely and equitable outcomes
• Coach, develop, and mentor ER Managers, building team capability and consistency
• Serve as the escalation point for complex, sensitive, or high-risk ER matters
• Ensure uniform interpretation and application of HR policies and employment standards across all plasma sites
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, and Compliance to manage workplace investigations and risk
• Contribute to the design and rollout of ER strategies that align with CSL Behring's global people priorities
• Track ER case trends and provide data-driven insights to senior HR leadership
• Support managers with guidance on performance management, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in an employee relations role, with prior exposure to team leadership or case oversight
• Strong working knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance requirements
• Proven ability to manage complex, sensitive cases with sound judgment and discretion
• Experience coaching HR professionals and influencing managers at multiple organizational levels
• Background in a regulated industry — plasma, pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
