Enrollment Representative (Remote Opportunity)

Cengage Group is hiring a full-time Enrollment Representative to work fully remote, representing a mission-driven education company headquartered with operations spanning Honolulu and beyond — including Wake Island — in support of learners across the United States and worldwide.

About the Role

As an Enrollment Representative at Cengage Group, you'll serve as a first point of contact for prospective students and learners exploring Cengage's educational programs and solutions. What You'll Do

• Engage prospective students through inbound and outbound communication channels, guiding them from initial inquiry through completed enrollment
• Clearly articulate the value of Cengage Group's educational programs, products, and learning platforms to meet each individual's academic goals
• Manage a pipeline of leads using CRM tools, maintaining accurate and timely records of all prospect interactions
• Follow up consistently with candidates to address questions, remove barriers to enrollment, and maintain momentum through the decision process
• Collaborate with internal teams — including academic advisors and program specialists — to deliver a seamless student experience
• Contribute to enrollment goals by meeting or exceeding individual performance targets
• Stay current on Cengage Group's evolving portfolio of products and educational offerings to advise students accurately

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in enrollment, admissions, customer service, or a consultative sales environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone and digital channels
• Self-motivated and organized, with the discipline to perform consistently in a fully remote setting
• Comfort working within CRM platforms and managing a high volume of prospective student interactions
• Genuine enthusiasm for education and a belief in its power to change lives
• Ability to handle objections empathetically and guide prospects toward decisions that align with their goals
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
