Pest Control Service Specialist

ClearDefense Pest Control is hiring a full-time Pest Control Service Specialist to join its growing team serving Redstone Arsenal and the greater Madison County area — bringing science-backed, environmentally conscious pest management directly to residential and commercial customers.

About the Role

As a Pest Control Service Specialist at ClearDefense Pest Control, you'll be the face of a company that has built its reputation on doing the work right. You'll visit customer properties, assess pest pressures, deliver scheduled treatments, and build the kind of trust that turns first-time clients into long-term ones. Pay ranges from $18–$24/hr, and new team members receive a $500 welcome bonus.

What You'll Do

• Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity, entry points, and conducive conditions
• Apply EPA-registered products using professional-grade equipment in strict accordance with label directions and state regulations
• Develop and communicate customized treatment plans to customers in clear, non-technical language
• Perform interior and exterior treatments for common pests including ants, roaches, rodents, spiders, and seasonal invaders
• Accurately document service details, chemical usage, and customer notes after each visit
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment to fleet standards
• Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and local compliance guidelines on every job

What We're Looking For

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain — or willingness to pursue — Alabama pest control applicator licensure
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills; you'll represent the brand at every stop
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather and in confined or crawl-space environments
• Physical capability to carry and operate service equipment, including repetitive lifting
• Detail-oriented approach to service records and chemical tracking
• Prior pest control or lawn/landscape service experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right people
