About the Role

As a part-time Temporary Associate at Tapestry's Niagara Falls location, you'll be an essential part of delivering the elevated, joyful shopping experience that Kate Spade New York customers expect. You'll work alongside a dedicated retail team to drive sales, represent the brand with authenticity, and ensure every guest leaves feeling valued.

What You'll Do

• Greet and engage customers with genuine enthusiasm, offering personalized product recommendations across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and accessories
• Support sales floor operations including replenishing stock, maintaining visual standards, and keeping the store environment clean and inviting
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handling cash, card, and return transactions
• Assist with receiving shipments, organizing backstock, and executing floor sets as directed by store leadership
• Build product knowledge to confidently speak to the Kate Spade New York heritage, seasonal collections, and brand story
• Collaborate with full-time team members to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or a client-facing environment preferred
• A warm, approachable personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting, including standing for extended periods and lifting stock as needed
• Flexible availability to support peak business periods, including evenings and weekends
