About the Role

What You'll Do

• Review, process, and evaluate a large volume of licensing applications in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding application status, eligibility criteria, and the licensing workflow
• Identify issues or discrepancies in submitted applications and communicate clearly with applicants to resolve them
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of all licensing-related requests
• Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and application decisions within internal systems
• Uphold quality standards and compliance requirements throughout all customer service interactions
