Travel Physical Therapist – Skilled Nursing Facility

PRIDE Health is placing a full-time Travel Physical Therapist at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Times Square, Washington — a 13-week assignment in Seattle, Washington paying $2,576 per week with a start date of July 13, 2026.

About the Role

This travel PT position places you inside a skilled nursing facility serving post-acute and long-term care patients in the greater Seattle area. You'll work 8-hour day shifts at 40 hours per week, joining a multidisciplinary clinical team focused on restoring patients' functional independence and improving quality of life across the care continuum.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions targeting mobility, strength, balance, and activities of daily living
• Track patient progress continuously and refine interventions to meet care plan goals within SNF regulatory frameworks
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with facility standards and payer requirements
• Partner with physicians, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, nursing staff, and case managers to coordinate holistic care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe discharge planning strategies

What We're Looking For

• Active Physical Therapist license valid in Washington State, or eligibility through the PT Licensure Compact
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or accredited Master's-level PT program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Prior clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility, sub-acute rehabilitation, or long-term care environment preferred
• Working knowledge of Medicare Part A documentation and skilled care guidelines
• The flexibility and professionalism that travel therapy assignments demand
