About the Role

As a Sales Strategist at FloSports, you'll sit at the intersection of data, storytelling, and deal-making. FloSports operates the leading digital platform for sports that have historically lacked mainstream broadcast reach — bringing together live streaming, on-demand content, original programming, and deep analytics under one roof. Your work will directly shape how rights holders, sponsors, and partners invest in that ecosystem, driving revenue growth across a diverse and passionate sports community spanning youth leagues to professional competition.

What You'll Do

  • Build and execute go-to-market sales strategies that drive new business and expand existing partnerships across FloSports' portfolio of sports properties
  • Develop compelling, data-backed proposals and pitch narratives tailored to prospective sponsors, advertisers, and media rights partners
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and analytics teams to align sales positioning with platform capabilities and audience insights
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified prospects through the full sales cycle — from outreach and discovery to close and account transition
  • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and platform performance metrics to identify and act on new revenue opportunities
  • Represent FloSports at industry events, sports conferences, and client meetings in and around the Austin area

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in a B2B sales, partnerships, or revenue strategy role — ideally within sports, media, streaming, or digital advertising
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate audience data and platform metrics into persuasive sales stories
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenting to both C-suite executives and operational stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, manage complex deals, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where strategy and execution happen in the same seat
  • Genuine enthusiasm for sports and an understanding of the media rights and sponsorship landscape
