Field Sales & Marketing Representative – Seguin, TX (Float)

Techtronic Industries North America, Inc. (TTI) is hiring a full-time Field Sales & Marketing Representative based in Seguin, TX, serving the Guadalupe County area in a float capacity across multiple retail locations.

About the Role

As a Field Sales & Marketing Representative with TTI, you'll be the face of some of the most respected power tool and floor care brands in the industry. Working directly on the retail floor, you'll drive sell-through, elevate brand presence, and deliver product education that turns browsers into buyers. The float designation means you'll cover a defined territory of retail partner locations, bringing consistent energy and expertise wherever you're deployed.

What You'll Do

• Represent TTI brands on the retail floor, engaging customers and associates through live product demonstrations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and floor staff to maximize brand visibility and sales performance
• Conduct hands-on training sessions that equip retail employees with the product knowledge to confidently recommend TTI products
• Monitor and maintain merchandising standards, ensuring displays, signage, and inventory are floor-ready at every assigned location
• Gather and report competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and sales data to inform territory strategy
• Travel between assigned retail locations throughout the Seguin, TX and broader Guadalupe County area as a float representative
