About the Role

As a Plumbing Inside Sales team member in Hollister, you'll be the primary point of contact for contractors, plumbers, and builders who rely on us daily for plumbing, hydronic heating, and water works products. You'll combine product expertise with a genuine drive to help customers get what they need — quickly and accurately — while supporting the broader branch sales team.

What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone and at the counter, providing accurate product information, pricing, and availability
• Process customer orders efficiently and follow through to ensure on-time fulfillment
• Prepare quotes for plumbing, hydronic heating, and water works materials and follow up to convert them into sales
• Build lasting relationships with contractors, builders, and service professionals in the Twin Falls County area
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives to support existing accounts and identify new opportunities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, manufacturer offerings, and industry trends
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations staff to resolve order issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Uphold Consolidated Supply Co.'s commitment to serving both internal teammates and external customers with equal care

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in plumbing wholesale distribution, HVAC supply, or a related trade supply industry is a strong plus
• Genuine enthusiasm for customer service and a proactive, energetic approach to sales
• Solid communication skills — comfortable working the phone, the counter, and everything in between
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge across plumbing, hydronic heating, and water works categories
• Detail-oriented with accurate order entry and follow-through habits
• Comfortable with basic computer systems and order management software
• A team-first mindset that fits a collaborative branch environment
