Chemtrade is seeking a detail-driven Pricing and Bid Analyst to join its commercial operations team in the United States, supporting smarter, data-backed pricing decisions across a competitive chemicals marketplace.
About the Role
As a full-time Pricing and Bid Analyst at Chemtrade, you will partner closely with the Bid and Pricing Operations Manager to build, analyze, and refine the pricing and bid strategies that keep the business competitive. This US-based position is ideal for an analytical thinker who enjoys turning numbers into clear recommendations and helping commercial teams win work profitably.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate pricing and bid proposals in support of Chemtrade's commercial objectives.
- Analyze cost inputs, market conditions, and historical data to recommend competitive yet sustainable pricing.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance stakeholders to align bids with strategy and margin targets.
- Maintain pricing models, tools, and documentation, ensuring consistency and data integrity across submissions.
- Report to and support the Bid and Pricing Operations Manager on ongoing pricing initiatives and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with comfort interpreting cost, margin, and market data.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and pricing or bid management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working across commercial and finance teams.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to supporting bid and pricing operations.

Compensation
The posted salary range for this role is $80,000 – $90,000. Ranges are set by role, level, and location and represent the target for new-hire pay; individual compensation within the range is determined by factors including work location.
