About the Role

As a part-time Speech Language Pathologist with Cedar Grove School District, you will work directly with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication challenges. Operating within our Student Support Services team, you will help learners build the skills they need to participate fully in the classroom and beyond. This position is based at our District location in Berks County and is scheduled for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate students to identify speech, language, fluency, and articulation needs.
• Design and deliver individualized therapy plans aligned with each student's goals.
• Develop and monitor progress on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) where applicable.
• Partner with teachers, parents, and support staff to coordinate effective interventions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with district and state requirements.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment for every student.

Qualifications

• A valid New Jersey Department of Education Speech-Language Specialist Certification.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills suited to a school-based setting.
