About the Role
As a Part Sales Manager - Part Time at AutoZone in West Melbourne, you will support the Store Management team in driving everyday store performance and building a positive, productive work environment. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help guide the team, uphold AutoZone's service standards, and ensure customers consistently leave with the parts and solutions they need.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in leading daily store operations and supporting overall store performance.
- Deliver standout, WOW! customer service and help every shopper find the right automotive parts.
- Set the example for the team by demonstrating initiative, accountability, and strong leadership.
- Help develop and motivate fellow team members to maintain a productive, collaborative atmosphere.
- Carry out store processes with accuracy and care under the direction of the Store Manager.
- Embody AutoZone's commitment to integrity, service, and teamwork through the company Pledge.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for customer service and helping people solve automotive needs.
- Emerging leadership ability, with a willingness to step up, take initiative, and lead by example.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support and guide a team.
- Dependability and flexibility to work a part-time, on-site schedule in West Melbourne, Brevard County.
- Interest in growing within AutoZone's Store Management career path, including the Manager-in-Training (MIT) track.
