About the Role

As a Landscape Technician at Paradise Valley Country Club, you will play a hands-on part in keeping our grounds healthy, polished, and welcoming for members and their families. This on-site position in Paradise Valley, AZ follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with flexibility needed on weekends to support seasonal demands and special events.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaped areas, gardens, and grounds to a consistently high standard of presentation
• Carry out routine planting, pruning, trimming, and bed care across the property
• Operate and care for landscaping tools and equipment safely and responsibly
• Support irrigation upkeep and general turf and plant health throughout the club
• Help keep walkways, common areas, and member-facing spaces clean and orderly
• Work cooperatively with the grounds team to meet daily and seasonal priorities

Qualifications

• Reliable availability for early-morning shifts (5:00 AM start) Monday through Friday
• Willingness to be flexible with weekend coverage as needed
• Comfort performing physical, outdoor work in Arizona's climate
• A strong attention to detail and genuine pride in well-kept landscapes
• A dependable, team-oriented approach and a commitment to quality service
